Our soldiers, fathers, sons, and brothers are serving multiple rounds of high-stakes reserve duty to protect our people. After missions, they return to makeshift bases and receive basic, canned rations like tuna and corn. Many soldiers are reaching out for a simple, nourishing meal to fuel them for the next round.
With the help of volunteers and your generosity, we are determined to provide them with hot meals. There are no overhead costs in this project; every contribution goes directly to supporting the soldiers' needs, starting with food.
A weekday meal for a unit costs around $500, and a Shabbat meal is about $1,100.
